N54° Battery GmbH is being established to manufacture containerized battery energy storage systems (BESS) at industrial scale. Our mission is to supply grid-scale and data-center customers with reliable storage units engineered and assembled in Germany.

The company will operate as the manufacturing pillar of the N59° Group — a vertically integrated platform spanning holding, project financing and leasing, EPC/development, data center operation, and BESS manufacturing. By aligning production with demand from within the group and from external customers, N54° can plan capacity, procurement, and quality with long-horizon confidence.

Rostock-Laage was selected for its proximity to Baltic ports, strong industrial workforce, established logistics corridors, and access to grid infrastructure — a location that combines European manufacturing credibility with a competitive cost base. The company name references the latitude of the planned production site.
